Expenses and incidentals (e.g., travel, kilometers, accommodation, meals within policy, permits, parking, venue/entry fees, shipping/courier, specialized equipment, third-party licences) are additional and billed at cost + 20%. Pre-approval required.

All expenses must be approved in writing in advance. (Rates in CAD; HST applies where applicable.)
