psycolourgy provides the legal and organizational foundation. BLUE SQUARES is the name people see, remember and work with.

 
What psycolourgy means

psycolourgy is rooted in a simple idea: people experience the world through perception, meaning, emotion, identity and colour.

The name reflects the connection between psychology, colour, communication and human experience. It points to the way people interpret symbols, stories, language, behaviour and visual identity — often before they fully understand the strategy behind them.

For BLUE SQUARES, this matters because strategy is never only technical. It is also human. People need to understand it, trust it and see themselves in it before they can act on it.

BLUE SQUARES is led by Maxx Kochar, an executive strategist, consultant, coach and media producer with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations strengthen operations, leadership, communications and public presence.
